We started manufacturing milk protein (casein) from old milk powder. Everyone said it was very difficult or impossible. Of the 10-12 companies that tried we are the sole survivor . We made it work and we got the theoretical yield . We have currently switched to fresh milk and have a patented process to make a product that isolates both casein and whey protein at the same time. It has been fun to install equipment for the new process (about 1.5 million). OPM is great but a real responsibility. |

There was no requirement that everyone walk. Some did some didn't. Some walked as couples which is much harder. I think everyone came away with something. It greatly increased my confidence in my abilities. We have built our company doing what the common knowledge said could not be done. About 10 other companies tried and failed. It helps to know you can do pretty much anything. |
