I had a wonderful time. The reunion was a first class event!!! Thank you Gary and Dan and yes! Nicole!
Thank you to everyone who came. We couldn't have had such a delightful night without all of you. See you in 2010!

It is hard for me to express how great the reunion was for me. To see friends last seen from 20 or 40 years ago was priceless to me.
The Korbel setting was perfect in every way. There are many of you to thank and you have my sincerest appreciation; you are all very special to have dedicated so much time and effort in making this happen the way it did. And the turnout was so huge. It shows how important it was to everyone to support this opportunity to be together again.
For me, the 5 hours just flew by; I could have spent days talking and catching up with everyone and, when leaving, I worried over those I may have missed. For most, I had only a few minutes to catch up on the past decades; in a few cases more time was spent. It was never enough. In all cases, what I was reminded of, and is so obvious to me again, is how very special our class is because we each value all the others, we each respect the variety of paths followed, and we each know that what we are today has been in part determined by our early years spent together. We are so fortunate to still have each other.

It was overwhelming to see so many old classmates at one time. I want to thank all on the committee for the hard work and for creating a wonderful evening for us all. I also want to acknowledge the special contributions of Gary Heck and Danny Baker to put the perfect touch on our reunion.
The letter from Leo Connolly said it perfectly.
The evening was so good it seemed to fly by, there wasn't enough time to get around to all of our old classmates. There were so many stories I would have liked to have heard. As Leo said, and I think we all agree, we were all fortunate to be a part of a special class.
I'd like to pass on this story. During our 10 year class reunion I was surprised to see several teachers attending. I approached a couple of them and asked how interesting it must be for them to observe these different classes 10 years after the respective groups have graduated. I was surprised by the answer from the two that I spoke with. Both told me this was the only reunion they had ever attended, stating our class was exceptionally close and quite different from most others. I feel fortunate to be a part of this group of so many good people.
I had a ball, hope we can do it again and only wish more time to discover the different paths taken by our classmates. Great job by all!!

Thank you to the reunion committee: Chip and Loretta, Cathi, Katie, Kathy, Bill, Lou, Charlie, Mary, and to Gary, Dan, Nicole, and the entire Korbel team. I had a really good time seeing everyone (well, I tried to get around and see everyone), talking to them, retelling a few old stories, hoping a few others wouldn’t be remembered, and generally basking in the warm memories of my misspent youth.
I feel so lucky to have grown up when I did and where I did. Even with all of the anxieties and raging hormones, no one deserved to have as much fun as I had growing up at the River and attending Analy with all of you. Korbel was the perfect location for this reunion; probably more so for the kids from the River, but as it is one of the most beautiful spots on Earth, pretty nice for all of us! More memories: the Korbel House, the pool, the cars, the… I wish I had spent more time talking to Gary (actually, to several of you), but so many faces to see, so much to say, so little time. Like P.T. Barnum said, “Always leave them wanting more!” I left wanting more. Next time!
